I believe 240D specs I posted is original 240D, not a Rev 2. Not sure where you got specs listed above (1 IX@2.0 GHz| 2048 MB).

also 200D comes with 16GB CF according to datasheet.

hi, rwpatterson ...
update your information for FGT 240D..
this unit includes a dedicated NP4lite network processor(NPU)

90D provides NP(called NP4lite) function with SoC...
200B-POE is the same spec(CP and NP) with 200B unless PoE function...

For 200A, it is a standard DDR-400 512MB desktop memory, insert onto a desktop memory slot.

So I upgrade my 200A with a spare 1GB memory, it works.

For 100A, the memory module is exactly same as 200A, so I insert the memory pull out from 200A, into a 100A box.

Since there are two H/W version for 100A, the newer one (which the internal LAN ports are configurable) can detect the additional memory (ie from 256MB to 512MB), but my another 100A with old H/W version, the system still reported there are only 256MB memory, although I have inserted a 512MB memory module onto the board.

94D-POE
Warning.. Trying to upgrade to 5.2.1 causes a boot loop that can only be fixed with console cable and BIOS restore. Support said it's "a known issue"... ya.. thanks bro.. how about pulling the firmware or giving me a WARNING when I download it!?!
Oh.. they also changed the network device order.. so now if you have a site to site VPN between this unit and another FG.. you can't ping the 94D's lan interface from the remote FG cli. They also said this is how they all work.. Bzzt wrong.. I 5 of my other units don'd do this.. Support thinks all FG's do this because they use 60D's as test units. 300C, 90D,200D,40C all can ping the lan interface across a VPN tunnel from cli.. After support did more "looking" they now say this is because the VPN tunnels don't have IP addresses by default. When the FG goes to send the ping if the interface does not have an IP address it goes from top to bottom in order. So.. the Site to Site VPN does not have an IP address on the virtual adapter.. that's how the wizard makes it.. that's how it's done in the manual.. but now they just figured out it should or your internal PING from the CLI will go out over the WAN interface... figure that one out.. my god...
