Forti usb key problem

hi everybody, I ' ve got a problem with the usb fortikey. When i start from scratch with a factory default configuration, my configuration file is loaded, there is no problem. I do some change like the hostname or the language for example and i reboot the fortigate. It would reload my configuration file with the old configuration parameters but i' ve got the message " checksum check synced! don' t need restore config" however i ' ve changed the configuration. i' ve enabled the option " On system restart, automatically update FortiGate configuration file if default filename is available on the USB disk." in the maintenance menu. i' ve got a Forti50b, i' ve tried with the firmware Mr3 patch 6 and with the firmware Mr4. thanks to help me
