Can i use fortiwifi 40F and FAP231 using same SSID?

I have Fortiwifi40F that support Wi-Fi built in the firewall and i need to expand the Wi-Fi signal by ordering new AP231F 

i want to make sure that i can extend the signal using the new AP with the same SSID and same VLAN with IP network is this possible ? or there is issues
