problem in download "fortinet fortigate app for splunk"

Hi there,

I want to install "fortinet fortigate app for splunk " and "fortinet fortigate add-on for splunk" on my splunk application. In order to download and install, it needs to enter my username and password of my user account of the splunk site in the box. But I do not have an account. So , I tried to create a free user account and a page opened . But, there is not any link to create a user account.  On that page there are just some notes.I attach 2 screenshots of this page . What should I do? could you please help me? do anyone have this two app and add and sent to me?   Thanks in advance
