DNS for IPSec Tunnel & DHCP

I have a 60e setup at a house. It is the main firewall for everything at the house. I have 1 laptop with reserved ip addresses ( 1 for ethernet, 1 for dock and 1 for WiFi) that connects to another site over a IPSec tunnel from the Fortigate 60E to a Fortigate 300E. The problem I have is that DNS has to be manually changed on the laptop when it connects. It is being issued dhcp from the 60e, but it needs DNS from the remote 300E.

Are there any suggestions for the laptop to automatically receive the correct dns when it connects?

You are free to specify any DNS in the DHCP setup. Even the one on the 300E side.

As the DHCP lease is only relevant as long as you are connected to the 60E, and the VPN between 60E and 300E is always up, I don't see why this should not work in practice.
