็็How to change 1 Physical 2 Port channel

Hi anyone 

I have any question. First time i'm setting WAN and LAN 1 Physical interface and binding with policy 

and if i need to change 1 interface to port-channel i have to delete policy before ?  

So i would like to step and suggestion for change 1 phy to port-channel  and do not  downtime or a few

and welcome to the forums.

You are correct in assuming that in order to use an aggregation port (LACP) you would need

- to free up all (future) members

- to recreate policies, DHCP server, NTP server, DNS server....

 

This is simply because a physical port is an entity, and a (virtual) port is another one. Both  are not 'magically' converted into the other by command.

So, if you want to avoid downtime, create a trunk port ('port-channel') right from the start, use it with just one member port. Later, you can add more ports without any interruption, even ports with different media (copper/fiber).
