Explicit Proxy URL Pattern

Hi all,
we are using a whitelist for internet access. We want to restrict access to specific URL. 
It works with webfilter (static URL), but in this case we get problem when the user is a member of multiple groups. 
So we want to use URL Pattern as a destination, but Fortinet support said that it working only in transparent mode proxy (we checked - it really works in transparent mode).
Does anyone know if it is planned to release URL Pattern for Explicit proxy?
