Unable to reach tunnel gateway / policy server

Started getting reports from users on ssl vpn saying their connection gets up to 90% then fails with the error "Unable to reach tunnel gateway / policy server"
FortiClient version is 6.0.10.0297
 
Anyone else seeing this?
