VPN L2TP/IPsec Windows & MacOs

Hi everyone, I'm trying to config a L2TP/IPsec VPN with a fortigate 100E. This VPN should allow users (with user/pass) connect to the office. Creating a "Windows Native" VPN with the wizzard works well but i lose my internet connection while using the VPN, I know I can dissable remote gateway to get it. I read in some webs that MacOS can't disable gateway to get internet like Windows can, so, in the end, I just need to create a "Native VPN" for MacOs and Windows. Is there any method to force a specific gateway in VPN connections from fortigate device or a way to create a VPN working for MacOS and Windows without FortiClient?
