Special group outgoing special SD-Wan interface

hi
we use fortigate 500E and 3 ISP (internet)
we wants special group (servers) outgoing special sdwan interface (wan interface 3) and all local user use only other 2 sdwan interface (wan interface 1,2)
 
 i`d added 3 wan interface on sdwan and in sdwan rules create 1 rule for wan interface 3 and one rule for local User to wan interface 1 , 2
in implitic select session and set weight for wan interface 1 , 2 = 80 and for wan interface 3 = 1
 
the issue is some clients are still using sdwan interface 3

    Hello,
     
    How are SD-WAN policies configured? Perhaps if you balance the rule manually, it will allow you to force only the servers to go through interface 3.
     
    Have you configured SLA? Can you show it?
