CLI Console, Connection Lost...

As the subject explains, after upgrading to v6.4.2 build1723 (GA) when i click on the CLI Console (top right) opens but only shows Connection Lost...

I found this: https://forum.fortinet.com/tm.aspx?m=188951&tree=true but there have not been any comments.

 

Any ideas?

I would recommend checking with TAC about it.  I have not experienced the issue but I think it depends on your platform.  I know someone who was using a 2200E that was having the same issue at least on 6.4.0 and 6.4.1, while I've never had it on 6.4.1 or 6.4.2 but I'm running a 1500D and some 60F

Hi, If you have support don't wast time, do a capture with FortiGate debugger(you need to use Chrome) along with the httpsd application debug and raise a Ticket. Alternatively FortiOS 6.4.3 will be released Thursday, you can try this version to fix this issue. Regards, Mauro.
