Hello All, I use Cisco for video conferences When I have devices connected to the FortiGate and the whole transfer goes through the FortiFage FG200D sometimes  conference connection is broken.   When I skip Fortigate everything is OK. Where can I look for a problem ?

We had a similar issue trying to use Microsoft Teams for our video conference at school. We allowed app control for Skype and Microsoft. But it turned out there were FortiClient IPSec issues with Teams and we had to switch to SSL VPN.
