WAN connection drop outs on a server after Fortinet Install

Hi, we are experiencing technical difficulties since we change ours Fortigate 100D to 100F (v6.2.3 build6188 (GA)). We have multiple servers on a VMware Infrastructure and one of the server experienced Internet dropouts after the install (mail server). We built trafic shapers policies but they had no effect on the problem. All other hardware, configurations and applications have not changed. Only the Firewall. Does someone already experienced this kind of problem ? Below the graph showing wan drops (on others servers, the graph is continueous and it uses the same WAN interface).

I would suspect a duplex/speed mismatch on the WAN(s) interface, but if this problem is only affecting one virtual mail server than the problem could be suspected to be the virtual NIC on the mail server VM - purely speculation on my part though.   On real hardware, you could check the WAN interface for transmission errors (e.g. duplex/speed mismatch) by typing on the CLI:  diag hardware deviceinfo nic <interface name>
