Logs in GUI are in local time

I manage my Fortinet from 2 timezones away. So any traffic I am looking at is two hours in the past for me. When I open the GUI and look at logs, it converts to my timezone...meaning I loose granularity (anything > 59 minutes just says 1 hour ago, or 2 hours ago in my case.  Is there a way to disable this (feature) and have the Fortinet NOT read my browsers timezone....just stick with the time on the firewall itself.

If you are running 6.2.x, try:

config system global set gui-date-time-source system end

NSE4/FMG-VM64/FortiAnalyzer-VM/6.0 (FWF30E/FW92D/FGT200D/FGT101E/FGT81E)/ FAP220B/221C

Ah, thanks.  Unfortunately the 200D does not yet have a 6.2 build for some odd reason. So 6.0.8....this command isn't present in that version.

The 200d will never have 6.2 The np4 lite hardware in the 200d is not compatible :( 6.2 release notes confirm this

Given it is still supported for another 3 years, and one of the other "D" series is getting it in January, I was holding out hope.....

I am in the same situation with a number of 60d units that won't get 6.2, but I have 80d units that are running 6.2. It's just luck what units have np4 lite (or soc2 that includes np4 lite). Fortinet will extend 6.0 support for any unit that can't take 6.2 if it helps
