we are using explict proxy and sometime outlook disconnected giving certificate error (when we check it we find that it issued by fortiagte ) any way after few mints it returns to work fine. we have issue on logs that is not appearing always but i could say that when the user faces the problem i could see that protocol is https with result 400 B/ 0 B after that it tryies to use http and traffic is passed without error Noting that matched policy is not having any type of inspect ( no any type of security profile is used on it )
