VIP Port forwarding through ipsec VPN

Hello i want to ask,

i have 2 site

site A WAN: 11.11.11.1

site A LAN: 10.10.10.1

site A Server: 10.10.10.11

site B WAN: 12.12.12.1

site B LAN: 13.13.13.1

site B Server 13.13.13.11

site A and B connected with ipsec VPN, i create VIP from 11.11.11.1 mapping to 10.10.10.11 it's success , but when i create VIP from 11.11.11.1 mapping to 13.13.13.11 it's does not work, so my question is can i create vip with port forwarding through ipsec VPN so i can access my server in site B from site A WAN ? anyone can help me? sorry for my bad english
