instability of fortigate 100D

fortinet takes time to answer requests and sometimes you have to insist that it works, what may be the problem? the version of the forti is the 100D. It should be remembered that no changes have been made until this malfunction occurs .

Hi waota.

 

What you have described is pretty vague.  What troubleshooting have you done so far?  What changes was made that you speak of?  What are the System resources at? (CPU usage, Memory usage, network sessions, etc.)  What does the system event and other logging info tell you?  Describe what is happening?  Are you getting packet lost on the WAN connection?  Is it DNS related?  Have you determine if the issue is DNS related?  Have you performed speed tests between work stations?  Traceroutes to various locations on the Internet?
