Forticlient 6.2 with EMS loosing settings intermittently

Hi I just updated one of our clients to 6.2 managed by EMS. I also updated the EMS server at the same time.

The 6.2 client constantly keeps dropping its config intermittently and hence loosing all functionality. With the profile applied correctly I have Fabric, Malware, Vulnerability and Remote Access enabled in the forticlient console.

When it drops its config (which I suspect maybe if it fails a checkin with the EMS) i loose all that functionality and just get left with Fabric.

What is most annoying is that when the user dials the VPN connection it flips from and external to internal connection to the EMS and this alone seems to cause it to blip. So on connect the forticlient goes mental, looses its config and drops the VPN. The user then has to wait for it to resync, reapply the config and reconnect.

All very annoying and makes it pretty useless!
