Login with multiple accounts

Hi,

I used to have a windows laptop. Now I work with a MacBook Pro, however I've had some problems with FortiClient.

I have the setup shown in the image.

When I log in with my account there is no problem, however if i log in with a different account, it always shows me this: 

 

Connection Error!

Insufficient credential(s). Please check the password, client certificate, etc.

 

I don't know what to do, this didn't happen with my windows laptop.

hm maybe it would be an idea to export yir FortiClient Config from the account where it works and then reimport it on the outher account?

The problem is that the accounts are new, so it has been not possible to use them because of the problem i posted. I would like to know whether it would be possible to reset the FortiClient configuration as if it had never used. I don't know what to do. Is the problem in the client side ?
