forticlient uninstall

Hello,

We have had fortigate EMS in a test environment and one client installed. The server was uninstalled before the client did and i am now unable to uninstall the client. I was able to deregister the client in the console via the password but still shutdown and/or uninstall are unavailable.

Could someone provide me with the details on how to approach this?

Once the client is disconnected from EMS you can shut FortiClient down, so not sure why you're unable to do that. There is a specific FC Uninstaller app for Windows but I can't remember where you get it from, assuming it's the FN support page where you download the installers etc.

Did you try to "Unlock settings" first?
