IPv6 flow label set to 0 by FortiGate?

Hello,

is there an issue with IPv6 on FortiGate? Is there any setting that lets the FortiGate set the IPv6 flow label in a connection to 0?

e.g. try wget -6 https://files.pythonhosted.org/ and look at the packets.
