whitelist for enterprise access of sharepoint-online

I have the request on setting the whitelist for sharepoint-online enterprise access and block the consumer access. (e.g. if we allow mycompany-domain-*.sharepoint.com and block *.sharepoint.com ) How can i set it? If i set the whitelist over the web filter, but the block rule will override the whitelist. Have any other method?
