Web Filtering

Hello,

For whatever reason my Fortigate 101E is blocking kb.fortinet.com (irony). Anyways, I tried to fix this by going to the Web Filter category and adding an exemption for this site. In also tried setting it to allow. But neither works. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Is it maybe blocking stuff outside of the United States? We have some rules setup to only allow traffic to GEO locations and that site is in Canada me thinks

I guess I was over analyzing this. Turned out to be a browser issue. Not sure how it happened, but a reset of my browser fixed it.
