reports in that general direction can be created and run with FortiAnalyzer/FortiAnalyzerCloud/FortiManager with Analyzer features

There are some predefined charts and reports for bandwidth usage, top websites visisted etc, and they can be further modified (that may require some SQL background).

Professional Services may also be engaged to build custom charts and reports for FortiAnalyzer to your specifications.
