Not able to scan interfaces with third party (SNMP)(Lansweeper)

Hi,
 
We are using a third party software to manage our assets.
Usually with Avaya / Cisco switches we are able to retrieve the mac adress of an asset connected to the switch.
But with Fortiswitch we cannot and i'm not sure why.
The SNMP is correctly configured on the Switch because we are able to scan it and retrieve some information.
 
This is the error I obtain with lansweeper snmp scanner tool:
 
Scanning Interfaces..
Error: Input string was not in a correct format.
