[solved] Image upgrade failed when trying to upgrade a FGT90E

impossible to upgrade a FGT90E from v5.6.7 build1653 (GA) to v6.0.3 build0200

is anyone ever tried

Believe me, it's not impossible.

There are images for the FGT-90D and the FWF-90D which are incompatible.

I tried to upgrade to v6.0.3, as proposed in the "system" / "Firmware" tab. After few time, only the error message "image upgrade failed", like on the following screenshot. FG-90E is part of devices listed in the v6 release note.

What is the exact filename of the image you try to upload to the FGT?

I don't have control over the image file downloaded. Can I download it on my computer, then upload it in the device ?

same issue, will try with downloaded image from my Fortinet support account.

It's OK using the "FGT_90E-v6-build0200-FORTINET.out" file, downloaded from Fortinet.
