with version 5.6.0 every time logoff

when the device was updated to the last version I had an issue logoff by self and I can not work, can I find a solution or downgrade to 5.5.0 

this is the first post I hope to find a solution

Your message is the FortiDDoS forum but your Release numbers appear to be FortiGate.  FortiDDoS would be 4.6.0 and 4.5.0.  If FortiDDoS, downgrade to 4.5.0 would not be recommended.  Contact TAC and please provide the following info:

- Can you access the device via Console?

- What Release did you upgrade from?

Did you refresh your cache?  Try another reboot and GUI cache clear.  FortiDDoS takes a LONG time to upgrade and if you repeatedly tried to access the system during the reboot, the GUI application may lock you out.

it is working by IE but chrome did not work i clean cache and try still not brings me out  

- What Release did you upgrade from?
