Users can't login to the SSID using mac filtering.

Hi everyone,

We are using a Fortigate 200D together with Fortiswitches and FAP221C_v2. Now to the problem: For a couple of days ago we updated all our equipment to the most recent recommended firmware. All our AP are running FP221C-v6.0-build0015. The problem is that some of our users suddently could not login to our main SSID - The machines just won't verify the password for the network - this is the only SSID that has "Filter Clients by mac-address" enabled.

The devices having issues are laptops and their MAC address are added on to the list for allowed devices. We have double checked things such as them writing the correct password for the SSID etc. After contacting the support and sending captures from the logs they told us that it looks like the devices are getting rejected even though they are in the allowed list.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any advice on how to solve this? I have of course tried removing the devices and re-adding them again, but it does not seem to solve the issue. We have one Windows PC and one MacBook Pro that got this issue currently.

Thanks in advance,

Regards,
