I have checked that FortiGate have a feature that save the log to the USB.
I have tried and export the log successfully. However, I found the log can't be displayed properly in text editor. Is anybody share the procedure on this feature ? How to display the log in correct order.

The logs exported via USB are compressed and stored as .LZ4 compressed files. Maybe you need to decompress it first?
You could try to download the logs instead of exporting. when you download the logs you get a .log file format, that can be viewed with a text editor. FYI: The logs are RAW format.
In order to perform that login to FGT GUI -> Forward Traffic and lick the download button as shown in the image below:
