An ap faild's message

Hi

We use in Ashdod's schools Fortiap-321c.

Recently, in some of them, we started to get on forticloud an ap-faild's message: "Received unexpected DISCOVERY REQ, session tear down", than the ap leave and join again. It happens every minute.

Would appreciate help with reason\meaning of that message
