FoartAuth Web Interface Unavailable

I'm having an problem accessing the web interface after a reboot. The server is a virtual machine, it came back up after the reboot and is continuing to service requests but we can't access the web interface to make any changes.

I've attempted to restart from the command line

> diag web restart cat: can't open '/var/run/httpd.pid': No such file or directory

Suggests the service isn't running to begin with but I can't see a way to start it. I've rebooted again a number of times without any success in bringing it back.

Anyone else experienced this?
