Fortigate 200D - Loosing connection

Hi,

I do work in a company and we use a Fortigate 200D and 2 DC's in which both of them we use the FSSO DC Agent Mode to monitor and do authentication to provide users access to internet. The issue that is occurring is that users are loosing network connection from nowhere and it solves itself by simply blocking the account pressing windows + l and re-loging in the windows account again. Any ideas of what it could possible be?

You mean all network connection in which case the workstations gets disconnected from the LAN or just Internet dropped?

The internal network still works, what they lose is the external access to the internet at all. They can't access websites and when they block the account and re-login to it, the access come back.

ok, did you check the fsso timers and cache? also both has to be synchronized.

They're both synchronized and the timers are:

[ul]
  • Workstation verify interval (minutes): 5
  • Dead entry timeout interval (minutes) 480
  • IP address change verify interval (seconds): 60
  • Cache box is unmarked[/ul]
