3 WAN Setup (2 WAN LLB and 1 For Exchange) Error -9100

Hello,

I Am using FG101E, I Have 3 WAN as below:

WAN1 and WAN2 is to be used on WAN LLB to provide internet for users

WAN3 on Port1 using VIP for Exchange server.

Static Route Configuration:

0.0.0.0/0 Gateway 1.1.1.1 (WAN1) distance 0 (administrative distance 10)

0.0.0.0/0 Gateway 3.3.3.1 (Port1) distance 3 (administrative distance 10) <- this is used for exchange

when i want to create WAN LLB i did the following:

- deleted all policies that use WAN1

- deleted all routes that using WAN1

- Created WAN LLB (Added WAN1 and WAN2 with its gateway)

- Created WAN LLB CHeck and both are up

- WHen I Create Static Route for 0.0.0.0/0 wan-load-balancer distance 0 (or any distance) i receive an error -9100

anyone can help me out to figure where i did wrong or how to solve this criteria?
