Prioritize traffic on an Hub&Spoke VPN configuration

Hi all,

we have a network layout where an Hub (fortigate Firewall) connect hundred of spoke through VPN DialUp.

Which is the best way to handle the priortitization of traffic flow between the Spoke and the Hub? In particular I want that a particular type of traffic has a guaranteed amount of bandwidth on the Hub, avoiding that sensible traffic is affected in case of bandwidth saturation.

Is the traffic-shaping (applyed on policy from Wan to lan) the suitable solution, so that a guaranteed bandwidth is assgned to this sensible traffic?
