A network error prevented updates from being downloaded

Hy, I need to figure out how to get those antivirus updates to the client. Client says : Database is out of date. Server says that the client has not the latest update, but there is no way to push those updates to the client, only that stupid error is reported. I tried to delete the entry's in fdni.conf but it does not help. The client is in the same net as the server is, I can ping the server and telnet the listen and upload port.... Someone can help?

I believe FortiClient gets updates directly from Fortinet via the internet, do the clients have relevant access to perform the AV definition updates?

Hei, I checked all those IP addresses with FortyAnalyzer, I see that there is no firewall rule blocking or stopping, Client's local firewall is disabled, so why do I get these massages? There are 127 Client's out of sync, we have 500 Clients...
