FortiCloud report showing failed

My daily Forticloud report is showing failed.  It has for the past month and I didnt notice.  I looked all through the forticloud website but I cant figure out how to troubleshoot the failure?

Same problem FOrtiCloud reports stop working. ON fortiCLoud.com  it say Management Tunnel is Down. Anyone solved this ?

it seems that log servers are down

 

UPDATE 

Fixed after device reboot.
