Use the login information you provided during registering the device

Actually i have no registration for the device. In our country it is not usual to access support. So i have only device and broken firmware inside :(

Xatrix, It is simple enough to register device. Go to support.fortinet.com and take the Sign Up option to create your account. Then, register the device by giving its SN. (Under Assets > Register. So long as there is some warranty left on the box you can then go to the firmware download page. HoHo.

To put it simple, no valid support contract - no firmware images. And access to the firmware download is through the support site for which you first need to register. This is how Fortinet does it, and that's it. No matter what you are used to, in your country or your profession or with other vendors.
