Fortimail content filtering notification with option or links

Hi, I just installed fortimail after using proofpoing,

after I configured the content filtering for SSN and creditcard I want to give the user a friendly notification why the mail was rejected and how he can avoid it (using secure email or release if he accept the risk).

I want the user will have the links for all of those actions on the notification email or redirect him to the message for action.

I know from proofpoing it was working great the end user had link option that he can click on and the email was either send in encryption or in clear text if he decided to accept it.

can anyone has a suggestion?
