Advanced filtering with 2 wan's

That's my first post and first using of Fortinet deviced. If something like my post was on the forum, sorry.

Ok. I'd like to make some web filtering. F.e. I have to wan connection. 1 DSL, 2 LTE. Two PC wired to fortigate. Can I filter connection like this:

youtube and streamming -> go always to dsl.

www/http/https -> go to LTE

p2p -> always to dsl

skype -> always to lte

etc.

Is it possible to do it in fortinet? And how to make it possible? Please, can you help me?

In the 5.6 beta you are able to do some wan link load balancing rules based on "internet service" for instance "facebook" or "youtube"  etc. 5.4 and newer don't allow that just yet. So it is definitely coming though it is buggy as hell (it is beta after all lol)
