Ip Camera Problem

Hello,

I forwarded ports cameras and they work regularly in browsers. They are third party cameras. But, they did not work in application of smart phone. What can i do for that the cameras work regularly in applicaion?

Update the IP camera firmware to latest version and also update your smart phone app.
