dns lookup problems with proxy enabled

Hello, one of our customers use a FGT100D with FortiOS 5 patch 5 They use the explicit webproxy functionality and today they get ' 504 DNS look up failed' in the web browser. When they bypass the proxy, everything works fine. I didn' t find a solution yet, does anyone have a solution? Kind regards, Ralph Willemsen Arnhem, Netherlands

What do you use as DNS Server on the Fortigate (Network ->DNS)? is this sever still reachable/resolving? try another one e.g. your providers or 8.8.8.8 as test.
