Unable to Filter Email

Hi,

 

I have been trying to get email filtering on the 80C (FW 5.2.6) but not having any luck at all, was hoping somebody could help.

 

I have Email Filtering but no AV subscription - I have added my own external email to the blacklist and set smtp to tag the subject, but nothing happens. Emails come and go as normal with no sign of any tagging. Settings are per attachment.

 

Please help!

Could someone at least tell me if the above settings should be working?

Hi, your config looks okay. But I noticed that I don't receive the tagged e-mails myself as well, while my security log shows lots of spam mail. I also use 5.2.6 and don't have a UTM license on my box. So it looks either a licensing issue, either a software issue (I think the first)

By the way, the e-mail filter log show 'tagged' as action, but the mail is never delivered, not with but also not without a tag.
