Threat Protection vs. UTM Protection vs. Enterprise Protection

I'm curious what real world benefits there are concerning the Threat Protection vs. UTM Protection vs. Enterprise Protection.

I see a description of the benefits here:

It seems that UTM protection may be a very common subscription. What are others using? What scenario would lead you to choose one protection level over another?

Will link shows you what each  offering has. In reality almost nobody needs are exactly the same or 3rd party devices are used to  achieve the  protection need for a business ( the one box  show is hardly used in big org/VLE/ISP/etc...)

e.g 

 AdvMalware Appliance ( inquest,feye,etc..)

 NonFTNT IPS  device ( again you have quite a few   IPS vendors with proven devices for IPS )

 A web-security-gateway ( websense, bluecoat,ciscoironport,etc...)

I'm curious about others' opinions as well.

I used to get Enterprise because it included Mobile Security, but now that it is included in UTM.

CASB looks nice if you're using a lot of SaaS or other cloud-based services, but I don't know much about it.
