Problem activation Fortitoken

Hi, I have a question about registration Fortitoken. When create my fortitoken in fortitoken menu, I have a message in the web interface " Error" with orange logo but in CLI " execute fortitoken active FTKXXXXXXXX" the result is Done. In fortiguard, there is 0 Fortitoken. The Fortigate is connected to the internet. An idea ? Thank you for advance.

I have 2 fgt 20c (same config file) one v5.0,build0147 (GA Patch 1) one v4.0,build0511,120110 on version 5, I get error message, under Config - FortiGuard > FortiToken Seed Server, " server is unreachable" on version 4, Server is reachable could be is a bug?

Hi For me the Seed Server is reachable, but I' m still not able to activate a FortiToken 200 on a new 60D.
