Need FortiClient VPN software for command line connection

I have the FortiClient VPN Only software downloaded and the GUI version of FortiClient VPN working just fine.  But, I want to be able to establish the VPN connection via the Command Line.  I'm using version 7.2.3.0929, FortiClient VPN.  Can anyone tell me how to do this?

This article says,

1. Navigate to our support site: https://support.fortinet.com/.
2. Go to the FortiClient section and download the latest FortiClient tools folder.

When I navigate to the Support site, I don't see the SSLVPNcmdline available to download.  I don't see downloads available, except I was able to download the Windows FortiClient VPN from this URL https://www.fortinet.com/support/product-downloads#vpn

Windows version Windows FortiClient VPN from this URL https://www.fortinet.com/support/product-downloads#vpn doesn't include the command line version that I can tell.
