HA Failover Policy Setup

I have 2 x Fortigate 600D, currently its was configured both switch to be HA. FW01 is running as master and FW02 running as Slave. I have 2 switch both connected to this 2 firewall. Sw01 connected FW01 port01 Sw02 connected FW01 port02 Sw01 connected FW02 port01 Sw02 connected FW02 port02 Sw01 have a direct connection to active workstation Sw02 have a direct connrction to a backup workstation As FW01 is running as master, all connection is going to FW01 via Sw01. But when SW02 is having problem, FW detected there is interface down on port02 (Sw02) its start to failover all connection to FW02 where SW02 is faulty and no connection to the backup workstation. I would like to seek advise on how to configure to make it better where shiuld not failover to another FW where there is an switch having issue.
