Hi, so currently I added the SSO on FortiMail which using Azure AD. I have successfully enable the SSO but when I tried to login with the account in Azure AD. It shows a message said External user webmail access is blocked". I assume that is because the account I am using doesn't related to the protected domain. Or is there any other reason causing it ?

Did you enable SSO for the webmail portal?

System > Customization > Single Sign-On

sorry for the late reply, as I work with my teammate today. we created a test account which is in the protected domain, and we successfully login. Thank you for your information.
