I configured a vpn ssl portal on my fortigate 200B.
until last week it worked with Version 5.0.1 GA1
now I have updated the firewall at version 5.0.2 GA2
and when I try to run the tunnel mode on webportal, I receved the following error message " Error happened when downloading ssl-vpn plugins"
on System - Config - fortiGuard i see under " SSL-VPN Package Information"
that the SSL-VPN Package Version is Unreachable.
the situation is the following:
if the vpn ssl client was already installed on the pc, when the error message appears
I can click OK and the process starts
if the vpn ssl client was not installed before the update, even if I click ok the process doesn' t start.
See near the bottom of your picture. SSL-VPN Package Version Unreachable. This needs to be resolved. I don' t know how, but if the FGT can' t get to the package, it cannot pass it down to the client if needed.
