Download Dropbox but no upload

Hi, is there any way that I can give users access to dowlnoad from dropbox, but no to upload?? Thanks

Could you permit dropbox and use a forward direction traffic shaper to restrict it to the download capacity you' d like, then use a reverse direction traffic shaper with a limit of 0KB? Or if you can' t use 0KB, use 1KB, they will be able to upload, but it will be unusably slow
