How to enroll in Fortinet Learning Center (FLC)

I am trying to  enroll in  Fortinet Learning Center (FLC) unfortunatley i couldnt find an option / link to register myself. I went to this link https://training.fortinet.com , but here there is no option to register new comers. Could you please help how to do / wehre to register.
